DAYLIGHT | Rule of Law • Access to Justice • Advocacy, LLC, or the DAYLIGHT Collective, is an independent, non-partisan organization operating internationally to conduct interdisciplinary research and advocacy, formulate policy recommendations, develop practitioner tools, and share knowledge on a wide range of rule of law and access to justice issues.

The DAYLIGHT Collective's work includes but is not limited to the effective implementation of humanitarian and development interventions and resilience/sustainability for relief workers.  The DAYLIGHT Collective operates as a diverse and inclusive think tank offering the theoretical framework and academic grounding for implementing partners, including but not limited to the work of the non-profit implementer, DAYLIGHT | Rule of Law • Access to Justice • Advocacy, Inc.  With decades of experience in access to justice, community-building , police and justice sector accountability, promoting resiliency, and building rule of law - and with members of the Collective spread out across the globe - the DAYLIGHT Collective is uniquely positioned to offer perspective and insights grounded in high-level research and community-based experience, including in conflict zones worldwide.
