Our Work in the U.S.

Our domestic and international experience offers a strong foundation for policy, rule of law reform, training, and justice advocacy, having over fifteen years of experience  involving civil rights, criminal justice, racial justice, gender equality, indigent access to legal aid and legal services, police reform and accountability, and justice sector improvements. Our experience in urban, suburban, and rural communities throughout the US allows us to target our services to the local cultural context and community priorities.  The DAYLIGHT team has mapped and modeled criminal justice in large cities, including New York City, performed quality assessments on entire justice sectors, and worked on efforts to enhance the efficiency and accountability of case processing systems in local criminal justice systems.
